Today FM Mattsson Group (”the Group”) has completed the acquisition of Aqua Invent i Lomma AB (”Aqua Invent”). The company is based in Lomma, outside of Malmö, and offers water analysis and solutions to purify water, such as water filters, for private wells and industrial customers. During 2021 Aqua Invent delivered revenue of 16 MSEK, employing 6 people.
The acquisition of Aqua Invent is a further step in the Group’s growth strategy and the business will have a close collaboration with the Swedish sales organisation. Through the acquisition, the Group broadens its customer offering within a clear niche with a focus on sustainability.

Initially, the Group’s focus will be to continue developing Aqua Invent’s business in Sweden with the FM Mattsson brand. In the long run, the intention is to establish the offering in more countries.
